Mr. Riad Nazzal is the Executive Vice President of Bayti Real Estate Investment Co. (Rawabi City developer). He has over 20 years of experience developing financial and administrative management. He directs financial and administrative operations by preparing and implementing effective policies and procedures and proposing necessary amendments to the company's existing systems. On May 10, 2013, he succeeded Mr. Murad Tahboub as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wassel Group.
Before joining Beyti, Mr. Nazzal held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Massar International Group for more than seven years, which gave him experience in managing daily operations and developing and enhancing areas of analysis.
Mr. Nazzal has held the presidency and membership of several boards of directors for private and public companies. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arkan Real Estate Company and a member of the Board of Directors of the Palestine Stock Exchange Company (Palestine Stock Exchange).
He is also an active and influential member of many associations and civil society institutions. Mr. Nazzal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Accounting from Birzeit University.

Mr. Murad Tahboub is a partner and the General Director of ASAL Technologies, Palestine's leading information technology research and development company. Mr. Tahboub also supervises the development of strategies and investments for Massar International Group in the field of information technology and high technologies, including Rawabi Tech Hub and the development of the concept of "Smart City."
Mr. Tahboub participated in establishing the Palestinian Trade Promotion Organization, the first Palestinian organization to meet and address the needs of Palestinian exporters. In 1996, he served as General Manager of the Center for Promotion of Palestinian Product Office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where he led marketing strategies for several Palestinian companies from different sectors of the EU market.
Mr. Tahboub has a solid business network in the Arab, regional, and international markets. He is also a fellow at the Henry Crown Institute in the United States of America, a member of the Young President Organization and the Palestinian Economists Association, and an accredited expert at the World Trade Organization and the International Trade Center (UNCTAD).
Mr. Tahboub serves on the boards of directors of many private sector institutions and nonprofit institutions, including the Rawabi Foundation, Tequal Information Technology, Harmony Technology, the Palestinian Company for Rental and Leasing (Pallease), Ultimate Company, CallU Communications, Palestine Real Estate Group, in addition to that he previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Information Technology Association (PITA), association of Al-Rowad for Palestinian Youth, and the Palestinian Banking Corporation.

Mr. Mohammad Abu-Awad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and has vast experience in management, finance, and developing financial and administrative systems. He also has numerous professional certifications in Islamic banking sciences, auditing systems, business development, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), capacity building and financial analysis, strategic planning and risk management, corporate restructuring, and budget forecasting.
Mr. Abu-Awad has particular expertise in creating and crafting administrative, financial, and regulatory systems and rules, besides establishing comprehensive financial systems that include human resources and management. Mr. Abu-Awad has occupied the positions of Chairman, vice chairman, and board member in various significant organizations. He held the office of Executive Director for the Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, representing Palestine, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan. He currently holds a position on the Board of Trustees of the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait, representing Palestine.
Mr. Abu Awad has also held various positions within the Palestinian Economic Council for Development and Reconstruction (PECDAR) and is its Chairman. He also chairs several auditing, development, budgeting, and management committees. He has worked as a financial manager for some Gulf firms, including Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, and as a lead auditor in global auditing firms.

Mr. Al-Ramahi is the General Manager of PalG Gas Services and Distribution. He has extensive knowledge of operational processes and international trade and more than 15 years of experience in the semi-governmental and private sectors. He specializes in developing and implementing strategic business plans and setting short—and long-term goals that ensure the company's growth and high performance.
Mr. Al-Ramahi holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Environmental Engineering.

Mrs. Reem Al-Sheikh is the Chief Executive Officer of Wassel and the General Manager of Wassel Logistics. She has over fifteen years of experience in entrepreneurship, business management, and corporate development. She specializes in formulating and implementing strategies, administrative work procedures and policies, human resources, and practical plans to implement administrative systems and methods.
Mrs. Al-Sheikh serves on the boards of several Palestinian companies and organizations, including Arkaan Real Estate Company, The Palestinian American Chamber of Commerce, the Palestinian Company for Rental and Leasing (Pallease) and INJAZ Palestine.
Mrs. Al-Sheikh holds a master's degree in International Relations and Development and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in addition to having multiple certificates in different entrepreneurial fields, including strategic thinking, executive leadership, change management, project management, and finance.

Mr. Abdul Wahed has a distinguished career spanning over twenty years in development and financial management, specifically in the real estate sector. He is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Palestine Development and Investment Company Limited (PADICO).
Mr. Abdul Wahed held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Bayti Real Estate Investment Company for over nine years before joining PADICO. This role enabled him to be capable of managing and supervising day-to-day financial and business operations and proven strengths in analysis, performance monitoring, and evaluating short—and long-term organizational and institutional goals.
Mr. Abdul Wahed has also worked for the global audit firm Ernst & Young, where he audited numerous projects for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the European Commission, numerous banks, financial institutions, investment companies, and NGOs over seven years.
Mr. Abdul Wahed is a member of several boards of public and private companies, most notably the Chairman of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company (PRICO), a board member of Jericho Gate Real Estate Investment Company, a board member of Jericho Agro-Industrial Park, and Palestine Industrial Investment Company (PADICO), and a member of various civil society organizations.
Abdul Wahed holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in accounting, is a certified public accountant (CPA), and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Ibrahim Kharman is the Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Management at Palestine Telecommunications Company-Jawwal, the leading company in Palestine's telecommunications sector.
He plays a decisive and distinctive role in Jawwal's development, expansion, and growth. Mr. Kharman supervises and manages several strategic programs aimed at inaugurating progress and innovation; he thus plays a crucial role in the company's strategic development journey, which led to the launch of giga fiber service, a home fiber optic service that has revolutionized internet connectivity in Palestine.
With over 25 years of experience working in local and international companies, Mr. Kharman has a clear profile and record of success in the communications and information technology sectors. In 2007, he was the Director of Project Management at Paltel Group, leading numerous strategic projects. In 2010, he held the position of Director of Marketing in Telecommunications. In 2022, he gained the trust of the Board of Directors to serve as Acting General Manager of the Telecommunications Company.
Prior to this, he held senior management positions on the regional holding company VTEL between 2006 and 200. In 1998, he worked within Siemens Information and Communications Technology Company.
Mr. Kharman has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Birzeit University. He is currently the President of the Palestinian Federation for Electronic and Intellectual Sports.
